At diy-easy.com, we sell digital products (PDF crochet patterns). No physical item will be shipped to your address.
How you receive your pattern
Immediately after your purchase is completed, you will receive:

A download link on the order confirmation page.

An email with your download link sent to the address you provided at checkout.
Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email within 10–15 minutes.
What if I lose my download?
If you misplace the file or need to download it again, simply contact us at diyeasy9@gmail.com with your order details. We will resend the download link.
Delivery time
Instant. Your PDF pattern is available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. There is no waiting period.
File format
All patterns are provided as PDF files. You will need a PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or any free alternative) to open and print the pattern.
No physical shipping
Since no physical goods are involved, you do not need to provide a shipping address unless required by our payment processor for fraud prevention.
